Taking place from 5-8 October, this year’s Ela Excellence Resort Belek Olive Festival welcomes guest chef Stefano Pinciaroli

Based in Tuscany, the Italian chef helms PS Ristorante, awarded the coveted Michelin Green Star for sustainable gastronomy. For the Ela Excellence Resort Belek Olive Festival, Chef Pinciaroli will create a special menu featuring his distinctive interpretations of traditional recipes.
 
In addition, Executive Chef, Şevket Gökçen of Ela Excellence Resort Belek will present a variety of festival-specific recipes, including olive-stuffed ravioli and original olive-leaf products.
 
As part of the Festival, Ela Excellence Resort Belek offers guests the opportunity to harvest olives and produce their own olive oil. Other highlights of the Festival include a Mediterranean culinary presentation by La Sante À La Carte Restaurant that spotlights the region’s famed olive oil dishes.

Olive-Themed Workshops

The Olive Festival encourages attendees to strengthen and energize their immune systems by making natural teas under the direction of Tea and Water Sommelier Ebru Erke, who explains the advantages and beneficial qualities of olive leaves.

Other workshops include Mosaic Art, a therapeutic session that helps deepen awareness focused on the present through mosaic art.

The Mindfulness Circle offers attendees the opportunity to delve into their inner worlds and reflect upon themselves and life, while the Aromatherapy Workshop is a delightful session that pampers participants with natural skin and body care products made from olives.

Children can also learn about the miracle of olives in dedicated workshops.
